OUR PERFECT HOLIDAY EQUIPMENT

The requirements and needs for a "perfect" vacation home vacation are as different as the people themselves. And of course, every vacation is different. We have considered what makes a stay in a large vacation home in Germany as perfect as possible. There are many modern, beautiful vacation homes, tiny houses and cabins that are characterized by minimalism and simplicity. They focus on architecture, nature and few distractions. Arrive and switch off. This also works wonderfully, especially alone or as a couple. But on vacation with family and friends or at a workshop with colleagues and business partners, we want to arrive and switch off. That's why we have created a house in which, in the best case, everything is already there - a bit like a hotel, but with privacy. The farmhouse facilities in detail: 

The house:

House with 280 sqm in the architectural style of a former barn with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open-plan living/dining area.
Different bedroom layouts - modular and changeable.
One bedroom and one bathroom are wheelchair-friendly, most areas on the ground floor and garden are accessible at ground level.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Own solar system with photovoltaics - you can use it to charge your electric car at our charging station, heat the pool or cool the house in summer - sustainably.
Pillow menu - choose from different pillows.
Honesty bar with various selected items.
Luxury kitchen with oven, separate steamer, large fridge, wine fridge with curated wines and a wide range of equipment for cooking and eating.
Private cinema with large screen and high-end sound system with Sonos-Arc and own access for TV and streaming
Multifunctional room - space for yoga, workout, meditation, workshops.

CLEVER, MODULAR BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are designed differently and can be adapted to suit different sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The master bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a safe and the underfloor heating is individually adjustable in all rooms. All mattress systems are from COCO-MAT. In our COCO-MAT Pillow Menu you can also choose from different pillows. 

Bedroom 1

Additional lounge and/or small bedroom with a sofa bed. For kids or teens - but maybe not only 😉

Bedroom 2:

Modular family bed, consisting of a double bed 160x200cm and a single bed 90x200cm. The beds can be pushed together and connected for a large lying surface or stand apart.

Family bedroom 3:

Custom-made family bunk bed with a 180x200cm double bed at the bottom and a 90x200cm loft bed. Integrated shelves and additional built-in wardrobe. Occupancy up to 3 persons.

Bedroom 4:

Two modular design stackable beds, stacked on top of each other for extra high access comfort or set apart for two separate beds, each 90x200cm. The beds can be positioned differently, the room door can be slid and is extra wide. This room is therefore highly flexible and wheelchair-friendly. 

Family bedroom 5:

Custom-made family bunk bed with a 180x200cm double bed at the bottom and a 90x200cm loft bed. Integrated shelves and additional built-in wardrobe. Occupancy up to 3 persons. (similar to room 3).

Bedroom 6:

Custom-made bunk bed with 2x 90x200cm, shelves integrated into the wall, curtains for a cuddly cave feeling and toys.
