The Mosel region is a fascinating place, with a rich mix of landscapes, activities and cultural heritage. There are countless ways to explore and enjoy it, and it’s rightly becoming more and more popular with younger visitors, too.

One of the region’s standout features is, without a doubt, its picturesque vineyards stretching along the river. Wine lovers can take in the breathtaking views and join wine tastings and wine tours – a great chance to learn more about winemaking and sample local specialties.

For the adventurous, the Mosel offers plenty of outdoor activities. From hikes through the vineyards to bike rides along the river, there are lots of ways to explore nature and soak up the scenery. Water sports like kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding on the Mosel are popular too, and a fun way to enjoy the river.
