Opened in 2023, Das Farmhaus is unlike any other vacation home in Germany. This private wellness and retreat estate has its own spa with sauna and hot tub, a swimming pool, a kitchen garden, a private cinema, a yoga room, play areas for kids, modular bedrooms and much more. Bookable extras like massages, a private chef, cooking classes and wine tastings turn your stay into something truly unforgettable.
We built this place because we were looking for exactly this kind of place ourselves. For beautiful family moments. For exclusive retreats. Or for both at once.

Das Farmhaus is a vacation home for the most discerning guests, with exceptional amenities throughout. Six modular bedrooms can be arranged however you need them and sleep up to 14 guests. Every bedroom features a premium bed system, and one wheelchair-friendly bedroom comes with its own bathroom.

Our private spa is one of the highlights of the estate. Enjoy the sauna, the hot tub and the heated outdoor pool, which can be covered and used as an indoor pool. Guests who love retreats value the privacy and exclusivity here. Unlike a shared resort pool, the pool at Das Farmhaus is yours alone. Unwind in the garden or on the terrace and take in the calm of the hills above the Mosel.

About us
We, Jessica and Holger Maurer, made a dream come true with Das Farmhaus. We planned and designed every detail with love so our guests can enjoy an unforgettable stay. Everything we’ve learned from our other vacation rentals, the Mosel Chalets, the LUX apartment and the Genuss Cottage went into this house. Together with our family and our wonderful team, we look forward to welcoming you to Das Farmhaus, for vacations and business stays alike.

- Pets welcome: Dogs are very welcome at Das Farmhaus. We provide bowls, towels and a dirt-trapping doormat so your four-legged friend feels at home too. The property is fully fenced.
- Modern tech: Enjoy our home cinema with a big screen, surround sound and high-speed Wi-Fi for a cozy movie night. Most rooms have Sonos speakers.
- Sustainability: The house was built with eco-friendly materials. We generate our own solar power and work with local businesses.
- Fireplace: On cooler days, the fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours in the living room.
